  • Sunday/Holiday pickup  $12.29 (per family)

  • Administering medications fee of $2.30 / night.

  • Diabetic pets will have an insulin fee of $3.08 / night.

 

Deposits are required to reserve boarding space on major holidays (New Year’s, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).  This lessens our number of no-shows for holiday space, allowing us to offer more kennels to our clients when they are most needed.  A deposit of ½ your boarding fee is applied as a credit to your account.  Upon your return, your deposit will be credited to your pet's boarding charges. Should your plans or dates change, please contact us immediately.  Your deposit is refundable up to four days before your scheduled check-in date.  Deposits are not refundable if cancellations are made less than 4 days before your scheduled check-in date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

                                

 

        Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for your pet’s stay at our hospital. 

To make certain this occurs, we follow a set of guidelines consistently so that each pet receives optimum care.

  • Pets are fed the best food on the market—Science Diet.  You are also welcome to bring your pet’s regular

    food at no additional charge.

  • Fresh water is kept available 24 hours a day.

  • Cats are housed separately from dogs.

  • Dogs are exercised at least twice daily.

  • Dogs boarding 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary bath prior to discharge.

  • Pets are able to rest on rubber platforms designed for cleanliness and comfort. 

  • Our heating, cooling and ventilation systems have been designed to provide the best possible airflow to

    maintain comfort and health.

  • Kennels and runs are cleaned and disinfected twice daily. 

  • SUNDAY / HOLIDAY PICKUP SERVICE is available, BUT ONLY on a pre-arranged, pre-paid basis.  A fee of

     $12.29 is charged for this service.  We will make arrangements to have an attendant present from 5-6 p.m. to

     release on Sundays and holidays.  If you desire to pick your pet up on a Sunday or holiday, arrangements must

     be made at the time of admittance to the hospital.

  • Should any problems arise, one of the doctors will examine your pet and notify you. 

  • Our ward attendants are trained and responsible individuals who are caring and compassionate.

Our Requirements  for your pet's protection

  • All dogs and cats must be properly vaccinated and have had a parasite exam within the past year. For dogs, this includes kennel cough vaccinations.

  • NO FLEAS ALLOWED!!  ANY PET WITH FLEAS WILL BE TREATED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.

  • Pets must be healthy to be allowed in the kennel. Any pet with signs of disease will be examined by the doctor and treated if necessary.  The doctor will call to discuss any problems that cannot wait until you return.

  • Toys and blankets from home are welcome; however, any problems arising due to their use will be cared for at the owner’s expense.  (i.e. pet eats toy and becomes ill.)

Our Fees, Holiday Deposits and Discounts

Discounts for long term boarding are determined by the total dollar amount of boarding fees and are applied as follows:

  • $100 - $165=10% discount
  • $166 and up=15%
