Deposits are required to reserve boarding space on major holidays (New Year’s, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). This lessens our number of no-shows for holiday space, allowing us to offer more kennels to our clients when they are most needed. A deposit of ½ your boarding fee is applied as a credit to your account. Upon your return, your deposit will be credited to your pet's boarding charges. Should your plans or dates change, please contact us immediately. Your deposit is refundable up to four days before your scheduled check-in date. Deposits are not refundable if cancellations are made less than 4 days before your scheduled check-in date.

$12.29 is charged for this service. We will make arrangements to have an attendant present from 5-6 p.m. to
release on Sundays and holidays. If you desire to pick your pet up on a Sunday or holiday, arrangements must
be made at the time of admittance to the hospital.
